One of the perks of choosing a FinTech over a traditional bank is greater flexibility – we’re all about user experience. MultiPass business accounts allow you to work with your team simultaneously. Multi-user access is optional. After the account is created, more users can be added to it after completing the required KYC checks. These people should be legally authorised with the right to manage the account on behalf of your company.
The users can be assigned administrator, editor and view only roles. It’s convenient as there are many ways you can collaborate. For example, your company accountant can prepare payment drafts while your CEO can just log in to approve them all with the 2FA code and launch the payments.
If you’d like to add more authorised users to your MultiPass profile, the account holder has to complete a specific application and provide valid Power of Attorney for them.
