Generating account statements

Check your past payments and their statuses and download the exact MultiPass statement you need in just a few clicks. Here’s how:

Access your past payments in 1 click

• from your Dashboard by clicking View statement
• directly from the menu by clicking History
• or from the Payments section by clicking the History tab

This is where you’ll see all your transaction history. Click on the transaction to open more details, download a payslip or repeat a payment.

Browse all the records or filter them by the

• Account
• Time period
• Sent/received
  
  

You can download your statement in different formats by clicking the Download statement button.
