Is my MultiPass card a multicurrency card?

At the moment all our cards are single-currency with the balances denominated in GBP or EUR. You can, however, make payments in any other currency – in this case, your funds will automatically be converted.

What type of cards MultiPass can offer?

MultiPass provides virtual and plastic Mastercard cards for business expenses.

What is a virtual card?

Virtual card is a payment card that only exists digitally. You’ll get a 16-digit card number and the rest of the card details that you can use to make purchases online.

Can I add my MultiPass cards to Apple Pay/Google Pay?

At the moment this service is not available at MultiPass, however, we plan to add this functionality in the nearest future.

Will my card support contactless payments?

Yes, the contactless payments feature will be activated once you make your first in-store purchase with the card and enter your PIN at the terminal.

What is my MultiPass payment card expiry date?

Both virtual and plastic cards are valid 36 months from the issuance date. The expiry dates can be found on your card and in your MultiPass profile.

Where can I use my card?

You can use the card anywhere Masterсard is accepted at millions of locations worldwide.
