Explore the most recent updates to our Partner Portal – an indispensable tool that helps our partners streamline new applicant onboarding.

When it comes to business account opening our stance is clear: obsolete processes must go. Forget bureaucracy, piles of paperwork and back-and-forth correspondence with your banks and payment providers. At MultiPass we give our partners full control over their client onboarding process – our partner portal makes business account opening quick and simple.

The work on our portal never stops. Listening to our partner requests, we continuously add new features. Here are some of the most recent ones:

Live statuses

The long-awaited update lets our partners track their client application progress from start to finish in real-time. The status is available in the client card’s “Basic info” section and features all the intermediary stages of the onboarding process, from document submission to due diligence, account opening and its activation. Adding new companies for existing clients

This update removes an extra step in new application submission for existing MultiPass customers. From now on our partners can select a pre-existing user to fill out such applications twice as fast.
