Getting your first MultiPass card

How do I order a MultiPass business payment card?

First, log into your MultiPass business profile. Then, go to the “Cards” section, click on “Add new card” and follow the instructions. If you don’t have individual credentials to access your MultiPass business profile, please contact [email protected] or your personal manager.

Can I order a card for my employee?

Yes, you can. However, this employee will have to proceed with the KYC verification first. Please contact [email protected] or your personal manager to find out more information.

Is card issuance free?

Virtual cards are issued free of charge. Plastic cards are issued for a fee, please kindly refer to the pricing section.

How do I add money to my card?

Your corporate cards are prepaid, therefore they should be topped up from your MultiPass business account. You can do this instantly in the “Cards” section clicking on the “Top up button” next to your card, selecting the account from which you wish to make a top up and entering the amount.

Can I use my MultiPass payment card for personal needs?

No, your card is for corporate expenses only, it cannot be used for personal needs.

How many cards can I have?

Each cardholder can have 1 active virtual and 1 active plastic card of the same currency.

How many cards in total can my company have?

Each company can have up to 15 active cards.

When will I receive my card?

Your virtual card is issued instantly; you will be able to use it straight away after its activation in your online profile. Plastic card delivery depends on your location (it may take from 1 to 7 days).

Can I continue using my payment cards in case my business account was closed?

No, your payment cards are linked to your corporate account. In case of its closure, all cards will be deactivated.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen or if I notice fraudulent transactions? Can I block my card instantly?

Yes, you have 2 options: you can either temporary suspend it or block it for good. Both options are available to you 24/7 in your online profile or via our Customer Support line at +44 20 3519 1373.

What is my access code for when I call the Customer Support line?

To identify you as a MultiPass customer we will ask for a 2FA verification code that will be sent to an email and phone provided during your account activation. Unidentified users will not get any sensitive information.
