Business Development Manager

As our customer numbers continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager based in London. We expect you to know the UK financial market like the back of your hand and understand the needs of local companies with cross-border business activity.

You’ll be tasked with establishing and strengthening relationships with new customers and building a network of partners locally.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting MultiPass offering to potential customers and other financial institutions;
  • Seeking out and winning new customer relationships to drive revenue and margin growth;
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth;
  • Executing a plan based on the existing strategy, tailoring and refining it to convert prospects to customers;
  • Participating in conferences / expos on behalf of MultiPass.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business-2-business sales in the UK & Europe;
  • Strong payments/banking industry background with an understanding of the payments ecosystem;
  • Experience across the industry;
  • Focus on new business development rather than account management;
  • Accountability mindset;
  • Flexibility for international travel.
