MultiPass is happy to welcome Giovanni Galassi as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

MultiPass has announced the appointment of Giovanni Galassi as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Giovanni will be responsible for strategic financial development, streamlining reconciliation processes, enhancing security measures, as well as carrying out future venture investments.

With more than 10 years in the finance industry, Giovanni brings a wealth of experience in long-term planning, team leadership, financial account management and control processes, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining the MultiPass team, Giovanni served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Uphold, a leading digital wallet and trading platform. Before that, he played a pivotal role as the Group Financial Controller and Finance Manager at Soldo, one of Europe's fastest growing fintech companies. During his tenure there, he not only led and nurtured the finance team but also ensured that the group maintained a robust financial control environment, facilitating the seamless daily operation of the company. Giovanni's impressive career also encompasses roles as a Financial Controller and Chartered Accountant in the UK and Italy.

Giovanni holds the ACA qualification (The Associate Chartered Account) issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Master's Degree in Business Management and Administration.
